The Customer has the right, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 206/2005 updated by the Consumer Code in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in force since 14 June 2014, to withdraw from the Sales Contracts within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Sale and Purchase Agreements.
Unwanted Items - We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all items returned unused and in the original packaging and condition in which they were delivered.
Damaged Items - all damaged items, provided they are reported to us within 5 days of receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement.
